Trinidad Benham Corporation, a national leader in the consumer food products industry, is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in our Sterling, CO manufacturing plant and will provide HR services to the western Nebraska locations. This is a hands-on, one person department and a full-time generalist position. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, hiring, payroll, and benefits administration. This position will be responsible for providing assistance to employees and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This individual will be expected to answer questions related to HR policies and procedures and possess knowledge of federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee personnel files and other required record keeping for both Sterling, CO location and western Nebraska locations.
Benefits Administration including new hire enrollment, annual enrollment and COBRA administration.
Working with employees on administrative issues and performance issues; participating in terminations.
Recruitment: Understand new business and staffing needs for immediate and long range recruitment. Develop long range plans and deploy recruitment strategies. Screen and interview applicants, assist with new hire paperwork and orientation. Manage all recruiting and staffing initiatives; screen and counsel line managers in final selections and compensation.
Providing guidance and training to the management team on how to handleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
