We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us grow by sourcing new team members and providing our company with the perfect candidates.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing employees to ensure we have the best match employees to staff our growing workforce Identify and research potential employees through online research, networking, and cold calling Develop a database of qualified candidates by conducting research, cold calling, and prospecting Screen potential candidates by using online resources, cold calling, and networking Provide Alpha with candidate information about hiring managers, salary requirements, interview process, etc.
Help the team with recruiting activities (screening resumes, conducting interviews, etc.
) Assist in the development of recruiting strategies to attract more candidates and increase efficiency of the recruitment process Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices to improve our processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to fill their positions.
Provide candidate feedback after interviews.
Experience:
1 year of experience in Recruiting or similar field (preferred) - Experience in candidate screening/recruiting preferred.
- Experience in building rapport with job applicants.
